Return/ Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy for VJW Aesthetics

At VJW Aesthetics, I take great pride in offering high-quality facial aesthetics and beauty treatments in a professional and relaxing environment. As we provide bespoke, personalised services, we have a no returns or refunds policy. Please read our policy carefully before booking your appointment.

No Returns or Refunds

Services Rendered
Once a treatment has been performed, we do not offer returns or refunds. This includes all services such as facials, skin treatments, aesthetic procedures, and any other services provided by us. I do not issue refunds after services have been completed, regardless of the outcome.

No-Shows or Late Cancellations
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the full price of the treatment will still be charged, and no refund will be provided. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Quality of Service
We aim to provide a high standard of service, and customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with the results of a treatment, we encourage you to let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a follow-up treatment or advice.

Limitations
Please note that certain aesthetic treatments, such as injectable procedures or skin treatments, may require time to show results. In some cases, multiple sessions may be necessary. If you have any concerns about the results, please contact us, and we will discuss how we can assist you.

Gift Vouchers

Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers purchased for services at VJW Aesthetics are non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.

Expiry
Please ensure that you use your gift voucher within the specified validity period (12 Months). We cannot extend the expiry date, and expired vouchers will not be accepted.

 

 

Payments

Upfront Payment
50% of payment is required at the time of booking and the remainder is due 24hours prior. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Changes to This Policy

Policy Updates
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect any changes to our services or business practices. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.

Terms and Conditions for VJW Aesthetics Home Salon Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by VJW Aesthetics, operating as a home-based beauty and aesthetician service.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Appointments

  • Booking: All services must be booked in advance through our booking system, either via our website, phone, or email.

  • Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

  • Appointment Timing: Please arrive at the scheduled time. If you are late, the treatment time may be reduced, and full payment will still be required.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of the full amount.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: Prices for services are as listed on our website or communicated during the booking process.

  • Payment: 50% of the payment is due on booking and the remaining is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. I accept cash or bank transfer.

  • Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. The treatment is different for every client and refunds are not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please inform us within 48 hours, and I will endeavour to address your concerns.

Health and Safety

Health Information: It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the treatment.
 

Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse a service if we believe it could be detrimental to your health or safety.

Pregnancy: ALL treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or breast feeding mothers. Please inform us if you are pregnant or suspect you may be.
 

Personal Hygiene: Please arrive for your appointment in a clean and make up free face.

Conduct and Behaviour

Respectful Behaviour: We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards me and my premises. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in the termination of the service and will lead to future bookings being refused.
 

Children: For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment area.

Liability

Personal Responsibility: You understand that you are responsible for your own well-being during your visit. We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage during your appointment, except in cases of negligence on our part.
 

Product Reactions: In the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to products used during the treatment, we cannot be held responsible.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Confidentiality: We will keep all information provided by you confidential, and will not share your personal details with third parties unless required by law.

Gift Vouchers and Packages

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed after expiry.

Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Client Agreement & Terms for VJW Aesthetics

By booking an appointment with VJW Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure that both you and I have the best experience during your visit. Please read them carefully.

Before and After Pictures/Videos

Social Media Consent
As part of my work, I like to share before and after photos/videos of the treatments I provide. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow me to take these images or videos for social media purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please let me know prior to your appointment, and we can discuss alternatives.

Accompanied Visits

No Additional Attendees
For the comfort and focus of both parties, I ask that you attend your appointment alone. This means no children, family, or friends during your treatment. Please make arrangements to come by yourself.

Booking Fee

50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total treatment cost is required when you book your appointment. This fee ensures that your appointment is reserved.

  • Payment Methods: Cash payment is preferred. Bank transfer is also accepted.

  • Timing: This deposit must be paid in full before your treatment begins. If the deposit is not received in time, your appointment will be cancelled.

Cancellations

24-Hour Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If less than 24 hours' notice is given, you will be charged the full cost of your treatment.

  • The booking fee will not be refunded.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

No-Show Charges
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be charged, and you will not be rebooked.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will need to reschedule you, and you will lose your booking fee. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.

Age Restrictions

18+ Only
All treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over only. Please ensure that you bring valid ID (passport, driver’s licence, etc.) to your appointment as proof of age.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
