As a mum of three young girls and a proud wife, I know how important it is to create a work-life balance that works for you. Starting this business has been an exciting challenge, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding to work with a flexible schedule that allows me to spend quality time with my family. I want my clients to know that I’m here to support them in their journey to feel their best, while maintaining a balance that works for their own lives.
